Confirm document preparation scope and general process. This call is limited to procedural information only.
Step 2: Consultation
Complete the Paid Consultation (If Proceeding)
A $100 paid consultation allows for review of your requested documents and is credited toward your service if you move forward.
Step 3: Intake & Agreement
Submit Intake Information and Sign Service Agreement
Full intake information and signed agreement are required before preparation begins.
Step 4: Document Preparation
Documents Prepared Based on Client-Provided Information
Forms are formatted and organized according to the information you provide.
Step 5: Review & File
Review, Sign, and File with the Appropriate Florida Court
You are responsible for reviewing documents, signing, filing, and serving opposing parties if required.
